Welcome to your first Social Tots online class.

The only thing you will need to be able to join in with all the activities in this class is any type of ball and some bells or any kind of instrument.

If you have bubbles at home then get those ready too and you can blow bubbles at home when it's bubble time in the class - our favourite time!

Before you start please make sure you have a nice clear space for you and your Tot to sit together and to move around for some of the activities, and that you are dressed comfortably and ready to play.

Please take all activities at your own pace, never force any of the yoga movements, and be guided by your Tot for what activities they are most interested in taking part in today. You can pause, or skip forwards/backwards and also replay the video and enjoy the activities again and again, so focusing on having fun together is the most important thing.

So get ready for your first class and off we go!
